Kabam there are many weak areas in this game recently.

1. ISO shortage is real. Atleast by 2 times. Easiest way to fix could be increase amount on duping 6*. As we are getting more 6* champ now.
2. With recent update parry, dex and launching specials are bugged. I am missing it very frequently. Getting hit on face while using herc and trying special intercept.
3. Please for God sake remove that pause button from battleground. I don't know what is its purpose.
4. Fix that Apocalypse bug please.

Its purpose is to gracefully pause the game and allow you to view the buff screen.

While its purpose is to gracefully pause the game, it doesn't *enable* players to pause the game. We could always pause the game, from the very beginning of the game, by simply swiping into the notifications screen for either iOS or Android. The game doesn't play while it isn't in the foreground. Removing the pause button would do nothing to prevent people from pausing the game. There is literally no way to prevent people from pausing the game on an iPhone or a normal Android device. The solution to the pause tactic in Battlegrounds would require doing something completely different from removing the pause button.

You can no more prevent people from pausing the game than you can prevent people from quitting out of the game. You can remove the logoff button, but that does nothing.

Its all the confusing buff they keep adding, makes the game more stressful then fun. Most people play to escape the world but now this game is starting to be more overwhelming then fun. They ruin battleground (my favorite game mode) just for us to shuffle our decks. Management should be shuffled

They can keep the timer running in background, why can't they keep match running in background?

They have no say in it. iOS multitasking does not allow things to run in the background except a very limited set of functions (Android works similarly). And the timer is not running in the background, it is updated when the game returns the foreground. I've often accidentally backgrounded the game when I've had a notification pop onto the screen, and the timers often jump suddenly when I return the game to the foreground.

Again, this is not a Kabam thing. This is an iOS and Android thing. If I switch context away from an iOS app to another app, that app stops running for the most part. Nothing you can do about it.

Or simply stop the timer as well and put some new timeout of like 3 minutes. If someone pause the game.

As I said, there's theoretically other things you can do. But to reiterate what I said: removing the pause button does nothing.

The developers have to balance the desires of the players who want more complexity, more difficulty, more challenge, with those that want more of a past time. And this isn't binary either. There isn't an ultra casual side and a climb Everest side. What I find fun and challenging other people might find ludicrous, but I have my own limits. What excites you might bore me to death, what I find interesting would probably more many top tier players to tears.

No matter where they aim, there will be people who think it is too much and also players who think it is too little. But if you think the developers need to go because they didn't target your specific needs, I think you are vastly ignorant of just how much variety there is in the game's playerbase. We don't all want what I want, but we all don't want what you want either. There isn't even a singular majority that wants what most players want. It amuses me to no end when someone steps onto the forums or the Reddit or even twitter and thinks they represent "the majority" and discovers that as soon as they start talking they start eroding support, and the more things they say the fewer supporters they have.

Iso is not shortage so is not weak area for kabam, same for gold

It 's just we need to do lot of content. And if you don't have time for it, it is not kabam fault or your fault either. Just be patient and do quest

I struggle with iso but I wouldn't call it a shortage. Back before November I was selling 100s of Iso and it isn't that my supply has dwindled, it is just that Cyber weekend and gifting hyperinflated my rank up materials so I am ranking up a lot more champions now. If kabam increased the output of iso, then I would just run out of gold and be selling a ton of iso again. I'm sure in like 2 months, I'll probably be back to selling a lot of iso again.

Even if there was a mysterious “iso shortage”, which is slightly ridiculous because it implies that over all content in the game (which no one could possibly keep up with simultaneously) there is a significant shortage in available iso as compared to other things, it wouldn’t be Kabam’s problem. A pillar of the game since the beginning is resource management. You shouldn’t always be able to constantly rank every champion you want, you will run out of some resource first.

Another point against a so-called iso-shortage is that I still see way more people complaining about a gold shortage than iso. There can’t really be both, and neither argument is particularly strong.

Because I prefer to be constructive, here are some helpful ways to get more iso:
- Do more content that specifically gives iso as rewards
- Instead of using currencies specifically for shards or catalysts, use it to get more iso. It may not be the coolest purchase but apparently it’s the best for your specific account
- My biggest source of iso is duping 4* champs. Focus on hitting areas of the contest that you might not do as much (like farming lower content) for 4* shards, occasionally forego 5* shards for much larger amounts of 4* shards and then you can also limit the overflow of iso by saving the shards until you need a particular class of iso and opening dual class crystals.

I am to the point where i’m just going to stop playing. They spend so much time trying to come out with new stuff geared toward whales or people that have hours a day to play that most players that used to enjoy the game do not any more. This used to be the best game i ever played. Something for everyone. Now it is hands down the worst game out there. I can honestly say there has not been one day that i have played anything on this game and enjoyed it since before december. I am done.
