Hello fellow MCOCers, I would just like to know what would be the best champ here to r4. I was thinking scorpion but he is unawakened

Scorpion doesn't need to be awakened.

Corvus would benefit more from the highest possible rank. Both Domino and Peni Parker are very solid choices as well. Unawakened Scorpion is not a bad choice at all, but in my opinion, he works pefectly fine at R3.
