Hello fellow MCOCers, I would just like to know what would be the best champ here to r4. I was thinking scorpion but he is unawakened :/

    Scorpion doesn't need to be awakened.

    Corvus would benefit more from the highest possible rank. Both Domino and Peni Parker are very solid choices as well. Unawakened Scorpion is not a bad choice at all, but in my opinion, he works pefectly fine at R3.
