Hulk should have the ability to shrug off non-damaging debuffs excluding stun, and have damaging debuff duration or damage % decreased based on fury level.

You won't even get an interview. His new kit is already being beta tested by CCP members and probably won't be changed other than values of that kit.

But what about Hulks powers suggest he should be able to do what you said?
