Looking to join Plat AW alliance after bg and Aw season

Probably a long shot but I'm looking for a platinum 3 or 4 alliance that doesn't do AQ mandatory. I know this is probably unlikely but figured I'd try here. I'm very active in BGs as well and normally finish somewhere in gladiator track
