Who to awaken

I have both Kingpin and Cap IW as 5 stars. Kingpin is rank 5 and cap is rank 4. After doing threat 4 and getting the generic, who should I awaken. If it helps im on Act 6.2 right now. Thanks

    CAP IW benefits more from awakening than Kingpin. Kingpin is fantastic right out of the box.

    he's needs 100 sig or better in my opinion.

    Agreed sig 100 at least on cap. He will also help you with the Champion boss in act six.
