BG issues

I really am trying to figure out how/why the biggest and best improvement to this game for years is so bad so often. I don’t play the game as much as I once did. But when I do I shouldn’t free on a screen and have the outcome of a battle determined by something completely out of my control. Every month I get closer and closer to being done with the game. BGs actually gave me hope that things would get better. But now they’re bugged just like the rest of the game so again I have to ask. Why am I wasting my time playing a game Kabam clearly doesn’t care about enough to make sure it actually works?
