Plat 2 8x5 looking for 1!

CABL7 Apocalypse:
We are a Plat 2 ally playing in consistent tier 2 wars. This season we went 10-2 in our record and we expect to continue to win and aim to hit tier 1 soon.
In terms of AQ we run 5 days of map 8 with epic mods.
In BG terms we are just about to edge the 9 mil milestone; always hitting 1-10% and expect members to put up a reasonable 200k/150k points to the alliance.
Looking for a skilled, communicative player with a large roster and around 15.5k prestige- can be more lenient on this is very skilled; will ask for videos as proof of skill.
