24K rated HM in BGs

Does a 6r5 Hitmokey have a 24 k rating in BGs? These other guys weren't as high level, but man

That’s not Hit-monkey for one and for sure hit-monkey and Falcon can melt Thing quickly

I didn't get a picture of the 24k pi hitmonkey I banned. Just a picture of the guy doing 1 million damage hits and just wondered what relic or mastery setup needed to do the same.
