Arena pre-fight abilities

If Kabam figured out how to load pre-fight abilities in the BGs lobby before a match with a timer, how come we still can't load pre-fights in Arena in that lobby?
Arenas don't make them money like BGs, but seems like this should have been implemented a while ago.
Some will say the point of arena is to go fast and loading up pre-fights will just make the process slower, but in instances like Human Torch, War Machine, Omega Sentinel, etc. having pre-fight abilities WOULD speed up your fights.

    After match 20, I am speed running already. But in practice mode, I could use a lower rating and do actual testing around.

    I've been wondering why we can't utilize pre-fights in arena for a long time as well and especially since they showed up in BG (it took me a bit to realize I could use them in BG because I was so used to only being able to do them in regular quest type combat).
