What do I do if I was kicked from my alliance shortly after the BG event ended, will I still get the BG rewards? Or do I file a complaint?

You can submit a ticket to support, but the rule for all alliance rewards are that you must be in the alliance at the time rewards are distributed. In some cases support can issue the rewards that you would’ve received, but that is not guaranteed. Your only shot at getting the rewards is to submit a ticket with AA much information as you can provide.

As suggested, you can try to appeal to support for assistance, but results are not guaranteed. You can contact support in-game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner, followed by the button that says "Support" and finally the button that reads "Need more help? Contact us" to open a support ticket.
