Heavy attacks not working during fight

in Bugs and Known Issues
using hercules for a fight, i end up using an sp3 and after it's finished i cant seem to charge a heavy attack, i can still do light, medium, dex and block just fine, but attempting to use a heavy just does nothing. no animation or anything

    just noticed another thing after posting, after using an sp3, it automatically holds a heavy attack until i get hit, i cant cancel it or move away

    same here, with multiple champions. Heavies are not finishing, champion charges heavy and then heavy is canceled
