Is it still possible to earn the Legend title?
Some say yes, others say no. If so, is the legend run still the same as before?

    Only for the first 2 weeks of the event. You will not be able to attempt it during this EQ, gotta wait for the next one. And I believe it is fastest 100 to 100% Proven and Conqueror difficulties (previously heroic and master).

    For legends run her sig doesn’t really matter. You really shouldn’t have to worry about throwing specials. Suicides and boosts and you should be in decent shape.

    Bigger is better, but I personally wouldn’t spend units going for the legends title. The title is cool, but units are best spent elsewhere. I spent a couple days farming 40 energy refills because I didn’t want to drop almost 1200 units on them. Make it as free as possible, take your best shot, and then if you don’t get it and you still really want it invest a little bit heavier on a future attempt.

    They’re good for 2 weeks and you have the first 2 weeks to go for it. You don’t have to collect them all in the next 6 days. I believe 36 energy refills are what’s needed to cover the full energy cost, so just farm as many as you can to reduce how many units you would need to spend. Also, I highly recommend waiting at least a few days after the event starts to make your attempt. Each month can come with unknown bugs and you don’t want them to affect your run. Give things a few days to settle.
    Another note - run Conqueror difficulty first. It will take longer and give you a good idea of whether or not you can compete. If you can 100% conqueror in around 2 hours or so then you should have a good shot. If you takes you more than 2.5 hours I would save some refills and try again next month, don’t even bother with the other difficulty.

    Edit: also keep in mind that you have to do this on one straight shot, so make sure you have about 3-3.5 hours free without interruption.

    When did they change the difficulty? I thought it was Master and UC

    It was never uncollected difficulty.

    If you did the January run, I believe it is this Friday when they announce it. I can't remember exactly when, I just remember it is soon after the new EQ starts

    When I did it last month, I had the message with the legends title in game pretty close to the usual 1 pm est time. The list posted on the forum came a few hours later.

    I won't be able to get this title, my phone is too weak. In 3 hours I only made Conqurior 100% and proven 3.2 has 100%

    All you’re paying for is a chance to get the title not a guarantee. Account sharing could get you banned also.
    If buying a new phone or paying someone to get the title for you are the only ways, I would just forget about the title at that point honestly mate.

    Lots of people are taking 3.5-4.5 hours to do a legend run with the increase in difficulty in those progressions
