Galan & Rage Node

Isn't Galan supposed to ignore the rage node? Just tried him against it in incursions and he does not. What's up with that. Thought red damage bypasses the rage node

QS is good for rage nodes.
Valkyrie is amazing.

@AverageDesi you have good knowledge but simply stating a champ doesn't bypass gives the wrong picture.
