Iron-Man (Infinity War) Buff is "ight". Not really a "Buff" though.

Ever Since IMIW came out, his damage wasn't really special. His ramp up was too long, and his playstyle was and still is very risky.
Don't get me wrong, his buff makes him entirely "usable" now without synergies. It's just that this buff isn't enough to actually warrant him being ranked up over others for attack (which I assume this buff is targeted towards). This can be fixed rather easily.
Move Half of his Signature ability to his Base Kit and he can be solid.

- The suggestion I am proposing is to give him Power-gain when he has 2 or more Molecular Armors Active. Probably not as much power-gain as when he is sig200, but maybe about 3-4% a bar of power per second like Hyperion.
- His Sig ability can stay the same (without the Power-gain part), and maybe fill it in with increasing his chance to gain Molecular armors from 24% to 35%.
- Make his Plasmas do the damage they did before the "buff" because his DPS actually dropped with the Plasma duration increase. It doesn't make sense to increase the plasma duration to increase it's potency if he is intended to keep them up for the entire fight duration. It's kinda like adding water to a flavored drink. Yeah you have more, but it's watered down and doesn't taste as good.
- That's pretty much it I would say. His ramp up is just way too long, and staying at Below 15% hp to even access the power-gain is what makes his practically unusable.
