Please clarify champion buff values compared to those in the beta (IMIW, Chavez, and Gorr)

Can Kabam please give us a short breakdown of what was changed in old champ buffs?
The spotlight pages showing changes to recently-buffed champs are great. The issue is that we can't tell what was changed, and equally important how the changes are the same as or different than the buffs in December beta. Although it's relatively easy to see some changes (for example we know that Gorr's shadow magic buffs now last 30 seconds instead of 20, and Chavez's parallel dimensions is capped at 6 instead of 9), many are difficult, if not impossible, to parse in the current format of releasing an updated Spotlight.
Value changes, however, are much more difficult to parse because the beta changelog listed edits to a 6* r3 champ, while the Spotlights give values for a 5* r5. For example, the beta states that Chavez's attack rating bonus per unique Parallel Dimension or Buff on the opponent increased from 753.6 to 1256 for a 6* r3. The Spotlight released today, however, states that the attack bonus is 974.8 for the 5* r5. Is this more, less, or the same as the value in the buff notes? I'm sure we could guess, but it would be much easier if Kabam just tells us (1) what was changed like it did on the beta forum and (2) whether and how the live server buff is different from the beta.
The format Kabam used on the beta forum was perfect. It listed the value before and after, and explained each change without cluttering the page with abilities that were left alone. It would be enormously helpful if Kabam gave us a breakdown like that.

Why do we need to do our own comparisons? Why can't Kabam just tell us what changed from old version to beta to new version? Especially when even Cat's infographics can't divine whether a value buff, like the attack increase for Chavez energy transfusions, is the same or different because the beta values look at 6* r3 while the spotlight examines 5* r5?
