BG question directly calling out Kabam

During BG I put in a ticket more than once for the game crashing bug (and it shows you didn't fight and you got 0).....you responded saying the team is aware and is looking into it....and if compensation is appropriate it will happen for the community. Season 4 is now over.....soooo is this fixed moving forward? Where's the compensation???......because it was a massive bug that cost me MINIMALLY 3-4 matches. (2 of which were to move up to plat and diamond). When that bug happened we lost time, in game energy and/or elders marks, missed out on certain rewards moving up into another tier....it's impossible to measure what this bug actually cost the community but it isn't some minor bug we can just skip over and act like it never happened. I've been playing for 7-8 years and I am certain that was the most angry/upset I've ever been in game because of an issue out of my hands.
So what's next?
Will you at least address this? Say something.....anything about said issue.....there have been 100 threads about it....I think it's about time you acknowledge it publicly!
