Lol, yeah unless they message your alliance saying derogatory stuff so you get booted and defamed. Googled it and figured it out thanks.

You can send a Report in the game by clicking on their DP.

Yeah but you cannot send attachments

If you contact Support using the Gear Icon you can. Keep in mind, they won't follow up with you or discuss actions they take.
