Spider-Man Classic Buff is bad?

I just saw a play test of Spider-Man classics buff on Kam mcocs channel and I was disappointed at what I saw from this buff.

I really hope that was an extremely early version of his buff because he has barely any abilities and overall looks pretty basic. I was hoping we would get a top tier buff and still am hoping for this

Yeah, I get he’s a champ people get very early but they have to understand people are going to have high expectations for Spider-Man. This did look disappointing at first glance. I mean I can get slow on heavy with buffed Hawkeye but I have to stack deceleration with Spidey to shut down evade and unstoppable? If you aren’t going to bring the damage give me some great utility. It’s sad when Antman gets a better buff than Spider-Man ( per early beta , subject to change…hopefully).
