Track event rewards

Recently claimed some rewards from the track event. I picked up two cavalier crystals and the other items that come with them, one from the gold track and one from the platinum. In my storage and Crystal section there was only one copy of these rewards.
Anyone else experience this? Any idea if it’s a common bug?
