Battleground bug is still there even after update

Appreciate that it’s on the board and being looked at. How does it escalate to a Top Issue? We are spending units and $ on energy and elder marks and losing matches even when we win.

Considering this is a known bug that’s been happening for more than 1 season, it would have been a nice gesture to send out some sort of battlegrounds item package to people.
