STATE OF THE GAME

I have posted in "bugs and known issues". I have posted in Android issues thread. The input issue is ridiculous. People are burning through items because of this. No one wants the handouts of compensation. We want the game to be fixed and playable again. I am personally on the cusp of retiring due to the issues. Hands down, they're the worst I've experienced in 6+ years.

But this thread isn't directed at the issues themselves. It it aimed at what the intention is from the Kabam team. Can we cancel AQ/War Season until you get these issues under control? If season were to kick off today, I would leave my alliance to not cause them to lose over unavoidable deaths. The amount of items used to revive and heal champs would be overwhelming to say the least.

The repeated practice of deleting threads and moving discussions is taking a toll on the community. We all know where to find the Android/iOS bug threads. A generic response telling us where to report stuff before closing a discussion means nothing to us. We want to hear that the team is actively trying to fix the game. We want to hear that you don't want us using resources unnecessarily because of the state of YOUR game. We want to hear the plan to get it under control.

It really would be nice to get some acknowledgment of these issues outside of directing people to the IOS/Android bug sections. These issues have been ongoing for days, and I can’t get through a single fight without encountering input issues multiple times a fight. I’m hoping we get some sort of acknowledgment of these issues within the next day or so, so that the community can be assured that the issues are being worked on.

The game is unplayable for me after this last update. It lags, freezes, non responsive I get hit through block, nothing works right. With the new EQ and just the basic direction of the game, it's starting to not be worth logging in.

Rest assured, we're always working to resolve any issues which are reported, especially following an update.

The Forum Moderators and members of our Game Team are constantly reviewing the information provided by players but we're unable to determine how widespread an issue is if everyone creates a separate discussion about it or posts more than once about the same thing, like you've done here.

This particular discussion has been posted in the General Discussion section of our Forums but it is actually about performance issues so it has been posted in the wrong place. If a member of our Game Team jumps onto the Forums to check for any current issues, they are not going to be looking for feedback about performance issues in the General Discussion section.

There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause lag or performance issues to happen. Even though we're able to make improvements on our end, the unfortunate truth is that we won't be able to resolve all lag and performance issues for all players on all devices.

If you feel we haven't communicated enough about these issues, I suggest using the Forum Search tool, located on the right-hand-side of every Forum page. A review of other discussions about these issues will show that we've responded many times, stating that we're constantly working to make improvements and we want to keep everyone's feedback in the dedicated threads below to help with our investigations.

All we can do is try our best to make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible. Rest assured, this is something that we've invested a considerable amount of time and resources into. Improving how the game performs is arguably our top priority and we have dedicated Team members who spend all their time looking into reports, reviewing the information submitted by players and working to make improvements to the game.

Unfortunately, there's no further information we can share with you about this without starting to discuss specific issues which are affecting individual players. We have a limited number of Moderators working in these Forums so providing regular updates to individual players about specific issues is simply not feasible. However, we have a large Support Team who are always ready to help.
