Uncollected crystals bug

I hit uncollected over a week ago and am still getting conquerer level daily/objective crystals? Is my game bugged or are these programmed to turn uncollected next month like the calendar is?

I believe others have said in the past that for some Uncollected stuff, you also have to be Level 40.
Your pic says you are only at 38.
