Starlord's L2 is way too slow

Did they slow down the animation for his l2? My teammates said they've experienced it too. Like there's lag in the game like normal but his just seems way different. At the end of a 4 or 5 hit combo, trying to launch his l2 it takes so long to deliver it gets blocked probly 80% of the time..

    If you complete a 5 hit combo you have a big chance of not landing your special. 3 -4 hits you are more likely to land it.

    Yeah i know but it was a 4 hit combo, that it made me think something was up. It's even getting blocked on those
