Aw Hazard Shift bug. Taking dmg despite immunity

I just lost CGR and HT to node 22 Hazard Shift incinerate/ shock. The defender was Masacre. I was only hitting him during the incinerate phase, but was losing big chunks of health. I presume this isn't working as intended?! I have a screen recording of the HT fight, but I'm not sure how to upload it?

Hopefully these gifs show the immune phrase popping up accompanied by chunks of health damage when hitting the opponent.

Not a bug, It’s part of Masacre’s abilities. He deals a burst of damage when he fails to apply an incinerate.
