R4 Scorpion or Nimrod?

Just got the 3-4 gem from exploring EOP Acceptance, these are the 2 options I’m considering. I feel like Nimrod (Awakened sig 60) would benefit from more damage for non mutants but scorpion also will have more sting damage.

    Scorpion. He doesn't need high sig and barely needs awakening. Master his rotation and deliver massive damage, without all the need to invest sigs
