GHulk buff idea

Stacking Fury on any stagger, fate seal, nullify or neutralize attempt… also anytime a defender evades or inflicted with a damaging debuff. Basically anything frustrating should piss him off and make him stronger

Exhaustion anytime a blessing is activated and a matching power gain anytime a defender gets one.

Just wanna see my boy be great again lol.

I agree because he's a wet noodle, his RAGE doesn't last long, and the SMASH every 15 seconds is dumb. I feel like it should be like MODOK (every 7 hits he crit) so with Gulk (every 15 hits, instead of seconds, HE SMASH)!!!

Be nice if his abilities worked with all passive DOT effects.
