Broken BGs - Time to Acknowledge v2.0

Background: Player clears phone and starts game fresh, making sure router is within sight. Player tries to match in BGs and finds an opponent.

Step 1: Unable to ban opponent champs. Spinning disc/WiFi icon/unresponsive screen until timer expires.


Step 2: Unable to select defender. Timer expires. Game chooses.


Step 3: Unable to select attacker. Timer expires. Game chooses.


Step 4: Match doesn’t show up. Nothing to fight after fight timer expires.


Step 5: Fight suddenly shows up with 25 seconds remaining. Player frantically reaches for phone but too late.


Step 6: Scoring hangs up after obvious loss. Player decides to post photo sequence that will be ignored by game team.


Step 7: Player checks Netflix and other apps on phone to find they function normally.

    i like this step by step process Zola. You nailed every step.

    I’ve gotten good at it. In fact, I’m the perfect Paragon to let matchmake with the lower ranked players who whine about needing prestige matching: I’m even worse than an auto fight BG opponent.

    I think you'll be making these "time to acknowledge" till you get to version 50+ mate, kabam can't seem to be bothered with anymore updates on these issues. Good on you for trying to get their attention though.

    Somewhere in there is a request for more detailed information… like what phone version, what was the last router firmware you installed, did you eat peas for dinner, etc.… without this information how can they troubleshoot?
