SQ Tickets missing. Help!

This evening I went to claim my calendar rewards which are supposed to give the Side quest tickets. It says I claimed all the rewards but they never showed up in my inventory or currency tab or anything. Im missing 200 grandmaster shards, a gold crystal but mainly the SQ tickets. Please fix this. Thank you
