Where are the new emotes? (I bought the bundle)

I must be one of the few that loves emotes.

I already bought the bundle, but I can't find the new emotes...

There's no button for that.
I already changed my deck name, and my new emotes are not there.

I also tried to Change my profile picture, but they are not there as well

Hey there,

There seems to have been an issue that has now been resolved. The Button to change your Emotes should be in the same spot as the one to change your Profile Pic, but that button isn't showing up for some of us that bought the emotes package right away.

It should be fixed for anybody who buys the package now, but we'll need to manually fix the issue for those who purchased them before the fix went live at approximately 11:40 AM PT. I don't have an ETA for that, but we are working on it.

The button will also only show up if you have more than 5 Emotes, so at this time, it will only be visible to those that bought the package after the fix went live.

I never bought the pack, but I earned a new emote in the BG season 5. I can't edit my emotes either.

It’s about to be one month since the initial post. Those affected still don’t have the emotes that they purchased.

I’ve submitted a support ticket and was told to follow the forums for updates on how this will be corrected. The only update there’s been has been a post from @Kabam Zibiit saying there’s no news on when this will be fixed.

At what point should I just go to Apple and ask for a refund?
