Dear Kabam I️ was looking through my items and I ranked up my 5 star lord using my gem by mistake is it possible I can have my gem back and de rank him

    Why would you want that? Keep it and rank as high as you can with him. you wont regret it.

    More importantly, how did you get a 5* awakening gem?
    because if you're someone completed 5.3 or LOL easy path, you would know the value of awakened 5* SL and wouldn't have asked this ..
    or other scenario would be that you have a starky and want to use gem on him .. in which case, it's your choice ..

    I think he means a rank up gem, not an awakening gem.

    Yeah it is a rank up gem I️ wish I️ can get it back it was by mistake!!!! Kabam thinks we’ll that’s your fault I️ will crumble my account like PAPER!!!!

    Did you use your SL in any of the fights , what rank is ur SL, if it’s 5* SL then just forget about duping him, he is good as unduped too, rank him up as much as you can , this will be ur best champ to fight in AQ or AW also for quest. It’s not a mistake buddy , unless it’s not SL.
