BG game disconnects and auto forfeits

BG game disconnects and auto forfeits, why is this a thing?

I want to add i never lost internet signal and reconnected immediately to find out the hame game me the loss as if i had forfeited the match.

I also want to add the game lost connection the moment i beat first round defender.

This literally just happened to me I was winning then that happened

Costing me elder marks and energy. It’s very frustrating especially when you finally have a winning chance and boom match lost.

So again, won a fight (had about 70% health left and 40 seconds) but as you see 0% and 0 seconds. What the hell is wrong with this mode. Just cancel it until it's fixed. It's annoying enough without bugs but this way more and more people are about to quit (atleast the mode)...

Just happened to me too, feel super burned! I had just advanced to Silver 1 then immediately won 2 matches in a row. Used 90 units for a victory shield to be safe and won the 1st round quickly with like 98% health figured I had a good chance at winning the match and advancing to Gold because my champion match ups were looking good for the next 2 rounds and then the all the sudden before Round 2 the game immediately goes to the match finished screen and it says I lost!?!?!? It says there were zero rounds fought??? but the other player won!?!?

Then the next 2 match ups the RNG gave me the worst possible champs/counters to my opponents and I got battered back down to 1 win, then had a close match up and lost so I’m right back to 0.
