Why is tigra not gaining any placebo buffs

As you can see I am 70 hits in and i have not gotten a single placebo buff hence no damage.
It's not the first time of happening so i would love to get any clarification on this

Is it because of neutralize ? Placebo being considered buffs placed by dormammu? No idea how the interaction works or if it should be that way..

Yup. Neutralize reduces ability accuracy of all buffs by opponenet

@AverageDesi , @xLunatiXx placebo is put on tigra not on opponent, so i don't think neutralize does anything about that

Yes but it's a node, aka coming from dormammu abilities. Neutralize reduce buff AAR by 100%, reducing the ability of dormammu to get buffs and to apply them.
At least that's how I understand it

Neutralize reduces the ability accuracy of the opponents buffs. Since it's dormammu placing the buffs it is prevented
