Missing BG objectives!

Kabam said they fixed the missing BGs objectives not appearing or partially appearing and sent us a stupid 1200 TTs compensation but I still have missing objectives!
I'm paragon and supposed to have 4 but only been getting 2 or 3.
today I got 3. Missing the win 3 BGs matches!

    You are Paragon, so odds are saying you are still at Bronze or Silver brackets.
    Bronze and Silver tiers have lesser BGs objectives.
    You need to reach Gold tiers to unlock them all.

    Story progression is irrelevant to BG objectives.

    Bronze gets:
    Play 3
    Win 1

    Silver gets:
    Bronze objectives
    Win 2

    Gold gets:
    Silver and bronze objectives
    Win 3

    Why would story progression be relevant to BGs?
