communicate with the alliance

Does anyone know of how we communicate with our alliance if we don't have access to our phones?
My phone is damaged and wanted to relay this to my alliance so they don't think I flaked on them.

I use LINE PC version. You simply google the LINE PC download and as long you remember the log-in information then you’re good unless you put up two-step authentication in the line phone setting.

I used my ipad mini and I used the line app to communicate with my alliance. You can also communicate via in app chat if you can log in on a different device.
