I have mine at rank 3 unduped I would say yes for pure defensive purposes but on the offensive side I think the dupe gives him the a boost

for offensive purpose he needs dupe and if higher sig mean bigger dmg.

55 hits against ROL WS with unduped R3 Spot. But I'm running suicides. IMO worth taking to R4 unduped.
