Support seems to be using the Support Magic Eight ball when responding (alternating random responses between we are still investigating, it is a problem and you will have it within 48 hours, it is a problem and you will have it within a few hours) so hoping you can give some additional insight.
My rewards are still missing too. I’m talking to support about it now but I’m not feeling great about my chances, tbh. I’ll post when/if it’s resolved. Good luck everyone.
Hey Summoners, The team is working to resolve this issue right now. We're hoping to have it handled in the next couple hours, just waiting on tricksky computer things.
What about the Hero Use event from around the same time as this Event Quest Completion issue? I still haven't received my rank rewards for that one.
What the ****. The support now pretends to say I got the rewards which is not true!!! What is this bulllshit. It’s the 4th time within the last 4-5 months I had this situation with the support. Only after I told them 2-3 times that’s it’s not true they started to turn and said oh right you didn’t got the rewards, now you get them…
I just followed up yet again with support on my ticket. So far I have received three notes saying it would be delivered within 48 hours, and another that it would be out within just a few hours.
