In game chats not loading !

in Bugs and Known Issues
i'v been having this issue for 3 days now , i cant load any in game chat in any part ... Global / battle groups / war room
anyone having the same problem ?
how should i fix this ?

    You were probably chat banned. Either way you will have to submit a ticket in game through support (the little gear symbol) to have it investigated.

    @Thawnim im sure its now chat banned cause my alliance activity is also gone , thx for responding bro .
