Which is Better Prof X, Dr Doom or and Juggernaut ??

I was plan to upgrade . This is my plan for Prof X to upgrade for R4, both Dr Doom and Juggernaut I want to upgrade to R5. Which is a good choice for me. Please help. Thank you in advance

Main focus(damage)- juggs(easy rortarion with big damage)
Damage fun and cheese matchups- prof x(high knowledge about playstyke required)
