Has Kabam already addressed this critical bug?

Myself and my alliance mates have been experience random crashes and disconnects as we are about to win in battlegrounds that cause us to lose. I have checked the bugs and known issues tracker and I found ZERO acknowledgement of this. Does anyone know if this has been addressed yet?
