Got this from my pull yesterday and I was wondering whether he is worth a rank 3 or beyond unawakened after this buff ??




Also I wanted to know what unique niche it fills, i have a maxed CGR, Hyperion and Cap Marvel movie as 5 stars as far as class coverage goes.
