Who should become my first rank 4 skill champ?

I need to bring a skill champ to rank 4. I have 2 reasons for this class specifically.

1. I have 1 rank 4 6* champ in each class, EXCEPT Skill, which means this rank up is for the sake of balance.
2. My second reason is that while I have at least 2 t5cc in all the classes, I have 3 science and more importantly… 4 Skill t5cc. which means I have to use the ones in the skill class.


All the options presented are at rank 3.

    I meant to say that I’ve decided upon Valkyrie, with Shang Chi being likely second if the time comes soon.
