Stuck in Diamond 2

Took this long but I made it to Diamond 2 in BGs with a nice run of wins in the last 3 days. Now that I’m here I’ve gone 11 wins in 32 matches, and I’ve made 0 progress. This is my biggest issue with BGs, I could have probably farmed a hundred revives in the time and energy it took me to do all those matches the difference being with 1 scenario I come out with a stash of resources and the current scenario I have NOTHING to show for it.
All that wasted time really makes me re-evaluate what I’m getting out of playing this game mode honestly.
You shouldn’t feel this crappy having played that much of a game mode. This needs to change quick

When I lose a bunch in BG then I just take a break.

When I need to win 4 or 5 consecutive matches, I do that in parts. Win 2 and then play the rest next day.

Use victory shields in important matches.

I go to play arenas to better use time if I'm losing BG matches.

It does consume a lot of time, but it's pretty challenging and interesting. Learn from the mistakes and try to shuffle the deck a bit, identity champs that you never pick and replace with someone different/better.

Completely agree. If I am not having fun, I move on to something else. In BG, when I rise to my level of incompetence, I stop until a new cycle starts. You can only progress so far.

As I regularly say here, this is just a game. Don’t place so much importance on it. Have fun.
