Work all day. Settle in for some down time on a Friday night to knock out some objectives. Maybe I will get lucky and make it to the next rank in victory track. Win a hard fought match. Get a badge.

Next match, the opponent selects the absolute lowest champs possible. Ok. Odd.

Then in 9 seconds with 3 hits he knocks out duped Nick Fury with a lower PI sentinel. Mocking emote flies across the screen. The other match, same result - less than 3 second nuke. 1 hit, and my higher PI Apoc is dead. One final mocking emote on the way out.

Elders marks gone. Badge gone. Time gone. Reporting the user doesn’t get my time back and resources back. And he/she will probably wreck more people tonight and for several more days.

On top of all the matchmaking discussions, You can’t have a competitive game mode in this setup with this sort of thing going on. This is a joke.

Hopefully some of the many glitches and bugs have been sorted (there I'm praying 🙏🤣)

Let jump into MCOC and get some objectives done, I know not good enough to get very far, but maybe I could move up to the next rank in Victory Track (I got much higher in previous seasons).

First match,

Ok, doing well so far 1 win token, just need 1 more to move up the rank.

Second match,

"Yah won the 1st fight, just 1 more so close, we got this"

Come out of the match, "wait what??! Galan got KOed by Peni in 0s with full health??!, what!!!????, don't swear, don't swear."
"It is ok we got one more fight, we can still do this"
"Ok third fight, it is ok you got a good Def champ and they got no counter for, you can still do it"
"Press on iBom, umm not highlighted, let try again, press on iBom, umm game not responding...oh no...quickly reset the game"
Reset the game "come one, come on, load faster", game load, Match result, nope you lose, Kabam will this other lovely Token you got before, thank you very much and try again next Friday.

So same old, same old, lost token, lost energy, lost elder mark, lost progress, lost real life time, lost enjoyment.

Should not be a surprise that a real time PVP mode is this much of a struggle when the only improvement the game has had in all these years regarding connection issues has been to pop an icon.
Can we hope? Sure. Less probable things have happened.
