Why doesn't Battlegrounds count towards Hero Use?

How to get points, defeat champ of any star. Same with incursions. Doesn't say what content

But why doesnt it count for solo arena event then? mo it should be included in one of those 2 solo events.

It should tbh since that's where endgame players spend most of their time
