App won't open is sits on loading [MERGED]

I need help, my app won't open, it ses loading for hours, please help me

BUT!
I may suppose it is connected to me leaving the game yesterday with incomplete dungeon raid(alone).
After update as i remember dungeons will be reworked for monthly tasks.

I been having the same exact issue and I've literally done everything I could to try and fix it. I even tried before the lastest update.

I refreshed/closed and reopen the app, I swapped to cellar (tho I'm able to play my console on the same wifi and play other online mobile games just fine), I've restarted and updated/optimized my phone.

Nothing. Just a loading screen, red wifi symbol and error pop up after 5 minutes telling me I disconnected

I posted in the android section last night before I saw this and checked back.

And seem it maybe an android 13 problem. Idk it's just something I saw when looking through peeps with similar problems.

Please fix as soon as possible kabam

Or Maybe it's cause we had an incomplete incursions. I had closed the game yesterday with one after raging about a death

Guys help what's happening, i still can't login, reinstalled the game, 2/3 members of alliance facing this problem, but now they can login

Same problems here. I've even been able to sign in on my gf's account using my phone, but when I log back into mine it loads until "Lost connection. You have been disconnected." I dont understand how only some accounts are messing up...

My alliance member unable to login whole day till now after the update .. & might not able to & that might cause us this war.. (currently we are ahead) but due to this issue.. might not able to explore the map
Incase you ask backup, backup already used on other path & this will really cost us war which is most likely a win..
.
PS : give us a solution atleast for this to counter this situation otherwise it will cost us not only war.. but tier & multiplier bonus as well.. which can effect on overall aw season rewards eligibility.

Just adding in my 2 cents, but I haven’t been able to log in as well and I was also stuck in incursions. Please Kabam send help

@Kabam Miike We need a immediate fix before war ends otherwise this will cost us ₹ many other alliances ( whose mates are not able to login in the game) this is not fair at all..to all of us ..

Same here. Been trying for the whole day and still doesnt work. Tried multiple devices, reinstalling, changing passwords. Nothing works. Kabam mustve banned accounts from logging in for investigation or something

This is ridiculous. We spend money on this game. We give all our time to this game we can’t even get a response. This is just dumb. We better get some hefty compensation. We’re costing our alliance costing our livelihood wasting time trying to log into a game that’s froze.

Its been more than 16 hrs I can’t log in my account. They aly is suffering since 3 members can’t join attack because of this. I have event quest and side quest to complete which are gonna expire real soon. And kabam is not responding to anything…great job guys
