gets 1* Starky and OG Cap as a beginner crystal,
here's proof

while older players got OG Spidey, IronMan/Wolverine.

is there any way older players get them 1* Starky and OG Cap too?
cause we deserve it.

They be the same - and they won't change if and when he's buffed: according to this month's patch notes, Kabam are going to make all 1* champions have their 'original kit':
