Mojos valentine gifting bugged?

I just checked my score and I’m two tickets away from the last reward in the solo objectives but the thing is that I have no way of getting anymore tickets to gift to other people. Is anybody else experiencing this?

    I also did all calendar tickets and special objectives to get tickets and I'm 4 tickets short. I don't know where other 4 are

    Same, I was also unable to collect the last 2 rewards even after clearing all the objectives.

    You will be short based on progression if you haven’t had access to the threat level 5 solo objectives
