Totally bummed Kabam 😔

So I tried out the hulk buff yesterday afternoon, decided it wasn’t great, and so used my science rank 3-4 gem on scorpion.

Later on of course, I see that a fix is live and new hulk is a total beast.

I’m super bummed… @Kabam Miike totally my fault, but just wanted to check- there isn’t a way to undo is there?

Before anyone says- I get it, it’s totally my own stupid mistake. I was so excited to get a rank 4 that I had them both there waiting!! 😤

Scorpion is still the right choice

If by chance, you had not Leveled him up after using the Rankup gem.
And had not actually used him in content afterward.
(both probably very unlikely)

Then you could potentially submit a support ticket asking for the Rankup to be reversed.
(but I doubt that is the case)

Scorpion not a bad choice anyways though.

Good point! I like him, but hulk was by far my favorite childhood comic. Was as excited to hear about the buff as I was sad to take 160 hits to take down winter soldier yesterday lunch time!! 😤

Don’t get me wrong- I don’t think they can actually do anything, I’d just never be able to respect myself in the morning if I didn’t at least ask… 😊

I might actually do that- don’t for a minute think it’s on them to do it, but might ask anyway. I’ve not used him at all - except the winter soldier fight of course! 😊

I feel weird cause I know scorpion is great too… don’t know what I was thinking though.

For what it's worth, from a progression perspective you made the best choice for your account. The Hulk buff is nice but Scorpion's got great utility.

Again I don't see an issue outside of you like him in the comics. Outside of that, hulk , even after the buff isn't close to scorpion . A lot of people would argue scorpion is the best science champ in the game. I'll be hard pressed.to find any one person who now thinks hulk is the best.....I mean his buff is fun....but people always way overreact the first 1-3 days of a buff. In general, the new hulk hits hard. There are 50 champs in the game that hit hard. There's about 2% of the game that can do damage like scorpion and have as much utility as he does ... .not to mention it's not close who is a better defenders.

Hey hey,

Remember that people can choose to Rank Up any Champion they want for whatever reason. Ranking up a Champion because they're you're favourite Childhood Hero is a totally valid reason.

OP: I can't help you here, but you can message our Support team to see if they can help. Keep in mind that they won't do it if you've used the Champion or invested further in them.
