Not getting items/rewards

I was playing the side quest incursion, I hit the 54 wins to get the first objective, so I quit out I collect the milestone 150000 because I hit it I went to buy 6 star shards low and behold I had the same amount of the currency I was supposed to have 3000 additional. Then from the objective I opened a 4 star relic which I pulled a captain America great I don't have him yet, and I still don't, he's not in my inventory . I love this game but between the bugs, eq design, and the modders and cheaters in bg. I'm considering quitting.
