About Black Panther (Civil War)
The King of the reclusive but technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda, King T’Challa’s birthright is not only to rule, but to don the mantle of the Black Panther, a powerful warrior and symbol to his people. The Following Stats and Abilities are based on a Rank 5, Level 65, 5-Star Champion.
Always Active
Black Panther’s Vibranium Armor provides full immunity to all Bleed, Poison, Incinerate, Coldsnap, Frostbite, Nullify, and Fate Seal effects, as well as Armor Shattered Debuffs.
Armor Break Debuffs on Black Panther cannot remove Armor Ups and are 100% less effective.
Passive effects activated by Black Panther cannot be prevented by Ability Accuracy Reduction.
When Blocking or being Struck
50% chance to gain an Armor Up Buff, increasing Armor Rating by 233.33 for 25 seconds.
Each time Black Panther gains an Armor Up Buff, he has a 15% chance to enter his Reflective State, storing 1.5% of damage taken for 10 seconds.
While Black Panther is in his Reflective State, his Personal Armor Up Buffs cannot activate.
For every 3% of damage stored, Black Panther gains a Reflect Charge for 8 seconds.
If Black Panther lands his next hit, all Charges are consumed and deal the equivalent damage back to the opponent.
When inflicted with a Debuff
Consume an Armor Up Buff to Purify that Debuff.
When Purifying a Debuff this way, gain an Aptitude Buff, increasing the potency of all Fury, Armor, and Precision Buffs by 25% for 20 seconds.
This ability can’t Purify Stun Debuffs.
All Attacks
If hitting an opponent that is recovering from a Heavy or Special Attack, Black Panther gains a True Strike Passive, allowing attacks to ignore all Armor, Resistances, Evade, and Auto-Block effects for 20 seconds.
While this is active, Black Panther’s attacks cannot Glance, and gains an indefinite non-consumable Armor Up Buff, increasing Armor Rating by 8400.
Critical Hits
100% chance to inflict a Bleed Debuff, dealing 4169.2 Direct Damage over 6 seconds.
If this Bleed Debuff fails to trigger, instead inflict a matching Armor Break Debuff that reduces Armor Rating by 2100 for 30 seconds.
Heavy Attacks
Refresh all Armor Up Buffs on Black Panther.
Special Attack 1
On activation, gain a non-stacking Vicious Passive, increasing the potency of all Damaging Debuffs by 75% for 40 seconds.
The second hit of this attack inflicts a Fragility Debuff for 20 seconds. Attacking a Fragile opponent grants +900 Critical Damage Rating and reduces Block Proficiency by 50%.
Special Attack 2
On activation, gain a Fury Passive equal to the number of Armor Up Buffs on Black Panther, each increasing Attack Rating by 826.1 for 20 seconds.
This attack gains 370.59 Critical Rating for each Armor Up Buff on Black Panther.
Instead of his regular Bleeds, this attack inflicts Critical Bleeds, multiplying the Bleed’s Potency by Black Panther’s Critical Damage Multiplier.
The final hit inflicts a Disorient Passive, reducing Block Proficiency by 50% and Defensive Ability Accuracy by 100% for 30 seconds.
Special Attack 3
After this attack, gain an Indefinite Cruelty Passive, increasing Critical Damage Rating by 110.53.
Gain an additional Cruelty Passive for each Armor Up Buff triggered by Black Panther this fight. Max Stacks: 30.
For the rest of the fight, all Armor Up Buffs on Black Panther are retriggered with +100% potency and are paused indefinitely.
Inflict a non-stacking Sunder Passive, setting the opponent’s Critical Resistance to 0 for 30 seconds.
Signature Ability - Panther Habit
Always Active
When Black Panther is struck by a Heavy Attack, 50% chance to consume an Armor Up effect to gain an Unstoppable Passive for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 50 seconds.
Additionally, when Black Panther intercepts the opponent’s Dash, he triggers his Personal True Strike Passive.

Black Panther: When a Personal Bleed effect fails to apply due to immunity, instead deal a burst of Direct Damage equal to 200% of Black Panther’s Critical Damage Rating.
Jabari Panther: While The Hunt is active, gain 700 Critical Damage Rating.
Shuri: Inflict Rupture Debuffs and Critical Rupture Passives instead of Shock Debuffs and Critical Shock Passives when fighting Shock Immune Champions. These count as Shocks for Shuri’s Personal Abilities.

Attuma: Double the potency of his Personal Precision Passive, and when being inflicted or immune to Shock or Incinerate, Hydration stacks can no longer be lost.
